Can I add programs from my computer to my Symbaloo Webmix?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Symbaloo works by creating Tiles that serve as bookmarks for online links.
Each Tile requires a URL, meaning the source must be hosted online.
Symbaloo allows you to access your favorite websites from anywhere with an internet connection. However, it cannot directly connect to files or programs stored on your computer,
as these are only accessible locally unless uploaded to the internet.
To link documents, spreadsheets, pictures, or other files to your Symbaloo Webmix, you’ll need to upload them to a cloud service like Google Drive, Vimeo, or Flickr.
These platforms will generate a URL that you can use to create a Tile in your Webmix.
By doing so, you can easily access your uploaded content from anywhere.
