Enable Two-factor Authentication (New)

Enable Two-factor Authentication

Symbaloo added an optional extra layer of security; you can enable the Enable Two-factor Authentication, by clicking on "PREFERENCES"

Then Click on "ACCOUNT" and enable the Two-factor Authentication toggle.

As soon as this toggle is turned on, you will see the message at the botton left corner of your screen stating
"We have sent an email to yourem@iladdress.com to verify this action. Enter your verification code to enable/disable two factor authentication"

IMPORTANT! The email will come from feedback@symbaloo.com, please make sure to add this address to your safe senders, and that your email filters are not blocking those messages. Always check your spam folder if you are expecting one of these emails.

The message itself will look like this one.

And Voila! You have sucessfully turned on the Two-factor Authentication. Eeverytime that you log out and try to login to your Symbaloo, you will be asked to enter a security code, that each that will be sent to your email.

Please feel free to reach out if you need extra help; we would be happy to assist you.
Email us at feedbackus@symbaloo.com, or feel free to submit a ticket.
