How to Create a Symbaloo PRO Webspace if you're not an Educator
If you are having trouble creating a Symbaloo PRO Webspace because you are not an Educator or will not be using Symbaloo PRO for educational purposes, please refer to the steps below to get started:
Step 1: Click the button with your profile picture located in the top right corner of the screen; A drop-down menu will then appear. On this menu, click on the "Open a new PRO Webspace" button.
Step 2: You can then select your Webspace type - Teachers (Classrooms) & Teams (Also Libraries), or Schools & Districts. Each account comes with a free trial. However, you can pay ahead of time if you'd like to do so.
Step 3: You will be asked to enter your School's name, city, and contact email address so we can send you future updates, changes, and other relevant information.
NOTE: If you are not an Educator and you are looking to have your own Webspace URL and a Symbaloo PRO account without any ads, you can turn off the "Use Public School Lookup" option and then fill out your information; Also, you can add or select any State if you are outside of the U.S. and then you can change your Country from the Preferences - Account option.
Step 4: You can then name your Symbaloo PRO Webspace by creating a custom domain (URL).
And voila! You have now created your Symbaloo PRO Webspace. You can now share your custom Webspace domain for all (or a selected group) to access your resources - from anywhere, on any device.
