Forgot your password?

Have you lost your password? It only takes a few easy steps to reset your password and regain access to your account. 

Please check the information below to learn how to reset your password:

First, click on the message that says: "Did you forget your password?" in the login page:

Second, enter the email address that you have registered with your Symbaloo account and click on "Reset my Password"

Third, Check your email inbox for an email from with the subject: "Forgot Password" and it should look like the image below:

You will need to click where it says: "This Link" 

Fourt, it will take you to the next page where you will need to enter a new password and confirm it

Fifth, you should be able to see and receive two separate confirmations, letting you know that the password was successfully changed 

After you click on "Back" from the last Symbaloo page image above, you will be redirected to the login page, you will need to enter your email and the new password and you should be able to enter to your account without an issue.

Please note that if you are using your school's or work's email address our emails might be blocked by your firewall, please make sure to save our email address as a known contact, so you can receive our password reset emails.
