Tiles Won't Work

Tiles Won't Work


If your Tiles are not functioning properly or you are constantly needing to refresh your browser, we recommend you try the steps listed below:

- First test Symbaloo in a different browser or computer
- Update your browser to the latest version (Refer to the image and link below)
- Do a hard refresh on your browser (Mac: Command+Shift+R; PC: Control+F5)
- Remove the pop-up blocker 
- Try disabling plug-ins while using Symbaloo to see if any of them have affected the way Symbaloo functions (sometimes certain plug-ins conflict with the way Symbaloo operates)
