🧩 Fixing Tile Issues on Symbaloo

If your tiles aren’t working or you're constantly refreshing your browser, follow these troubleshooting steps:


🔍 1. Test the URL Outside Symbaloo

Try opening the link in a separate browser tab. If it works outside Symbaloo, please let us know — we may need to investigate on our end.


🌐 2. Try a Different Browser or Device

If Symbaloo works elsewhere, check your antivirus or browser settings on the device having issues.


🧼 3. Clear Cache & Cookies

⚙️ 4. Update Your Browser

Make sure you're using the latest version of your browser.


📜 5. Enable JavaScript

Required for tiles to function. Enable JavaScript →


🔄 6. Do a Hard Refresh

Mac: Command + Shift + R
PC: Control + F5


🔓 7. Disable Pop-Up Blockers & Plug-ins

Pop-up blockers or certain plug-ins might interfere with Symbaloo. Disable them temporarily to test.
