If your Tiles are not functioning correctly or you are constantly needing to refresh your browser,
we recommend you try the steps listed below:
- First, test Symbaloo in a different browser or computer
(if it works properly on a different computer, and the page is not loading at all,
kindly check your antivirus settings and or your browser settings as well)
- Update your browser to the latest version (Refer to the image and link below)
- Clear cookies and cache (Preferably "Delete Cookies for a specific site");
(please note that the site's owner recommends all these troubleshooting steps, and if you are asked to change,
delete or modify something from your browser's settings; you will be doing so at your own risk).
- Do a hard refresh on your browser (Mac: Command+Shift+R; PC: Control+F5)
- Remove the pop-up blocker
- Try disabling plug-ins while using Symbaloo to see if any of them have affected the way Symbaloo functions
(sometimes, certain plug-ins conflict with the way Symbaloo operates)
