What Should I Do at the End of the Symbaloo PRO Free Trial Period?

Will an automatic charge be at the end of the free trial period?

If, when you created your Symbaloo account, you opted to try Symbaloo PRO Free for 30 days without entering a payment method, the answer is NO.

If you entered your payment details and paid immediately when creating your account, we ask that you contact us if you have any questions.

You may also wonder what will happen to your Symbaloo account and your new Webspace.

If you want to keep your new Webspace and continue enjoying Symbaloo ad-free before the free period expires, you will surely receive emails showing you the available options. You have to follow the links in these emails, or you can access your Webspace's control panel, and from there, you can add your card to pay.

Also, you will see banners when you log in, showing you our different subscriptions.

In case you do NOT want to opt for the ad-free PRO version that is paid but you want to keep the Webspace,

when the free trial ends, you should not do anything;

To keep your Webspace active, you must extend your account every three months from your Dashboard.

And if you don't want to stay with any PRO version, you don't have to do anything at all, the account will be automatically downgraded to the free version with ads and the Webspace will eventually be deactivated. (You do not have to pay for anything)

All your content will remain intact in the free version of Symbaloo.

Finally, if you want to delete your Symbaloo account, you can follow these steps:
