How to Create a Symbaloo Webspace if you're not an Educator


🌐 How to Create a Symbaloo Webspace (for Non-Educators)

Symbaloo Webspaces are not limited to educators—you can create one for your business, nonprofit, team, or personal projects. Here’s how to set up your Webspace in just a few steps:

Step 1 – Visit the Symbaloo Signup Page

Go to: https://www.symbaloo.com/signup/plans

Here, you’ll see a variety of Symbaloo Webspace plans tailored to different user types.


Step 2 – Choose a Webspace Plan

Select the Webspace plan that fits your needs. Plans are available for:

  • Individual users or freelancers
  • Companies and organizations
  • Custom enterprise solutions

Click the “Start Now” button under your chosen plan.


For Non-Educators, please select the $29.95/Yearly option or $3.99 Monthly.




You will be asked to enter your School's name, city, and contact email address so we can send you future updates, changes, and other relevant information.

Step 3 – Set Up Your Webspace

  • Name your Webspace (e.g., “MyCompany Dashboard” or “Marketing Team Hub”).
  • Optionally add a logo and customize its URL.
  • Complete setup and access your new Webspace Dashboard.


After clicking on Activate Your Webspace. You will see the message shown below. We encourage you to follow the Webspace 
configuration wizard, it will only take you three minutes.



 You have now created your Symbaloo Webspace. You can share your custom Webspace domain so that everyone (or a selected group) can access your resources from anywhere, on any device. 

Step 4 – Start Building and Sharing

Once inside your Webspace, you can:

  • Create and organize Webmixes
  • Add users and assign roles (Admin, Editor, Viewer)
  • Share Webmixes publicly or with specific teams

  • Use the Webspace logo and custom URL to brand your Symbaloo environment.
