How to Create a Symbaloo Webspace (Existing Accounts)

🔁 How to Create a Symbaloo Webspace (for Existing Accounts)

If you already have a Symbaloo account, you can upgrade it to include a Symbaloo Webspace at any time. This gives you access to advanced sharing options, user management tools, and a custom Webspace URL.

Step 1 – Log in to Your Symbaloo Account

Go to symbaloo.com and sign in with your existing credentials.

Step 2 – Access the Menu on the top Right-Hand Corner to create a Webspace

Step 3 – Choose a Webspace Plan

Select the Webspace plan that fits your needs. Plans are available for:

• Individual users or freelancers
• Companies and organizations
• Custom enterprise solutions

Click the “Start Now” button under your chosen plan.

For Non-Educators, please select the $34.95/Yearly Family subscription or the $4.99/Monthly Family subscription.

Or for most educators, they can choose between the Classroom and Library subscriptions. 

Step 4 – Fill Out the Webspace Details

• Webspace name: This will appear in your Webspace URL (e.g., yourname.symbaloo.com).
• Description: Add a short summary of what your Webspace will be used for.
• Logo: Optional—upload a logo for branding your Webspace.

Step 5 – Create and Access Your Webspace

Click the “Create Webspace” button. You’ll then be redirected to the Webspace Dashboard, where you can start managing users, content, and settings.

📌 Notes

• All existing Webmixes will remain intact after upgrading.
• You can manage permissions for each Webmix within the Webspace Dashboard.
• If your account is already linked to another Webspace, this option may not be available.

After clicking on Activate Your Webspace. You will see the message shown below. We encourage you to follow the Webspace 

configuration wizard; it will only take you three minutes.

And voila! You have created your Symbaloo Webspace, where you can publish Webmixes for your audience to access your carefully curated resources.
